Welcome to my writing LJ, Under Straight Of The Sunlight, so named after the most gloriously botched English I have ever seen on the packaging of an item.

This journal was created for several purposes:

• To publicly or semi-publicly display some of my writing, as you may have guessed by it being referred to as a writing LJ.
  
• So that my friends who have LJs can... er, friend me.
• So that I have a good reason to have a LJ to tweak.
• To pressure myself into actually finishing things.
• Maybe to talk about more personal stuff, but those entries will be friends-only and probably boring even if you are a friend.
• I think I pressed enter one too many times.

So... um, hi! Specific stories can be found through the memories link (I... think that's how I'll set things up). One other thing - I make no guarantees about the quality of the writing I'm going to post on here. Actually, scratch that, I do - I guarantee some of it will be downright silly. Well... now you've been warned. ^_^

Disclaimer: This is only a fan-work, except I'm not really a Harry Potter fan and therefore have no desire to own the original or make money off it.
Notes: I wrote this in the wake of certain revelations that were made after the final book's release, amused by the frenzy that resulted. It is not brilliantly written or entirely serious.

Summary: Something Dumbledore reveals to Harry causes an unexpected frenzy throughout Hogwarts.
